Buddy4Health Cancellation and Refund policy

1) Cancellation Policy
a) Diagnostics /Lab Test Customer cancellation:
i) A diagnostic/ lab test can be cancelled anytime unless it is marked ‘Sample Collected’ by the third-party phlebotomist. Else, you can refuse sample pick up at the collection location and a refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.


Buddy4Health cancellation:
ii) There may be certain orders that Buddy4Health partners are unable to acceptand service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
b) Online Consultation

(i) If the patient cancels a booking more than two hours before scheduled appointment time an automated refund will be issued after deducting transaction fee, if any.

(ii) If patient cancels a booking within two hours of scheduled appointment time 50% automated refund will be done.

(iii) In case of no show by the patient during appointed time no refund will be generated.

(iv) If the doctors do not show up during appointed time full automated refund will be issued.

(v) If Appointment is taken within two hours of scheduled time and doctor does not show up, full automated refund will be done.

(vi) If the patient does not show up during appointed time no refund will be issued.

(vii) If the consultation does not happen due to any special circumstance including technical issues, an option to request for rescheduling will be available to the patient without any extra cost for a period of 7 days but the issuance of full or part refund will be on the sole discretion of Buddy4Health.

(viii) If appointment / consultation is cancelled due to technical issues by doctor than full refund will be made.

All refunds will be subject to a transaction charge that will be deducted while making a refund.

In case You wish to seek a refund of the advance paid by You, please write to care@buddy4health.com. We will process refund of the unexpended amount at the discretion of Buddy4Health on case-to-case basis.


2) Refund Policy
a) Diagnostics /Lab Test:
In case of medical tests, a Refund request may be raised in the following cases:
i) If the patient has suffered from Haematoma or any prick related injury;
ii) If the patient has cancelled the appointment before sample collection, amount will be refunded with in 48 hrs after deducting any applicable charges (as per concerned Lab).
iii) If the report has been challenged and no proper justification (i.e. reasonable clarification provided either by Buddy4Health or the diagnostic centre) has been provided
iv) If the time limit within which a report has to be provided to the patient is breached by 72 (seventy-two) hours and no proper justification (i.e reasonable clarification provided either by Buddy4Health or the diagnostic centre) has been provided.

 

REFUND PROCESS:
In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be made as mentioned below:
i) Order placed through online wallet will be credited to the wallet; and

ii) Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to customer bank account.

2) Refund Policy
In case of online consultation, a customer will be eligible to raise a request for Refund as per Cancellation Policy mentioned above.
The customer is required to raise the Refund request with Buddy4Health customer care within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of query or receiving of response. The request for the Refund will be validated by Buddy4Health customer care team.
In case of valid Refund, the same will be done by crediting the bank account/ Credit Card of the customer. Refund process shall be completed within 7 (seven) days from the date of submission of the request for Refund.
